I didn't come to this work from theory. I came to it from patterns willpower alone couldn't fix.
I built a long, successful career in the corporate and multifamily world, eventually leading learning, development, and training initiatives. On paper, I was capable. Respected. Trusted.
Internally? Not confident.
I grew up in a chaotic environment that taught me to stay alert, read the room, and expect things to go wrong. That wiring followed me into adulthood, especially into relationships. I struggled with jealousy, insecurity, and a constant sense of threat, even when there was no evidence anything was actually wrong.
I did everything I was "supposed" to do.
Talk it through. Think differently. Try harder.
None of it worked because I was trying to change behavior without understanding the patterns driving it.
Everything shifted when I stopped asking "What's wrong with me?" and started asking, "What are my patterns?"
That question changed how I showed up in relationships, and where I ultimately focused my work.
Today, I combine 30+ years of real-world leadership experience with training and instructional design expertise, life coaching, and integrated attachment theory to help people and organizations identify the Invisible Drivers™ shaping their reactions and interrupt them before they take over.
Because confidence and performance don't come from trying harder.
They come from understanding what's actually driving behavior.
